1. Wronful Deaths in Beech Baron: Six persons were killed when a Beech Baron 58 airplane crashed in Illinois. Our firm represented the family of four of the unfortunate passengers who died. Eight separate defendants were identified as contributing to the crash by experts in the fields of aerodynamics, engine repair, meltalurgical failure, weather and air craft design. A global settlement was orchestrated in excess of $5,000,000.

2. Citation Jet Insurance Coverage: A Citation Jet crashed while on final approach to a non-precision airport in bad weather. The survivors of two of the deceased passengers were represented by our firm. After a protracted coverage dispute, we secured available insurance coverage to satisfy any future judgment of $20,000,000 million. The case is ongoing.
