Catching Up With MMMPA

Much has changed in recent months and we are way overdue in updating you about our changes. First, Lee Ann Miller has come to work with the firm in an "of counsel" position. Lee Ann's husband, Richard Miller, was one of the founding members of our firm, but passed away unexpectedly in August of 2006. Lee Ann will continue work that she has done in the past in mass tort cases, and will assist in other individual cases where her experience in product liability cases can best be utilized.

We also welcome two new attorney associates. Kana Lydick returns to the firm after working with the Lawrence law firm of Stevens & Brand where she practiced civil litigation but focused her practice in commercial litigation. Kana had been a law intern with MMMPA while attending law school. She has long demonstrated a conscientious and skilled presence at the firm in working in all types of personal injury cases, including those involving automobile collisions, premises liability, and product liability.

Andrew Leroy joins MMMPA from the St. Louis law firm of Evans & Dixon, where he worked in defense of personal injury cases, including workers compensation. He will now utilize those skills to work for injured parties on product liability cases and other matters of general liability.

These changes enhance our firm's ability to handle all of our clients' personal injury needs. We hope you never need an attorney due to a personal tragedy, but we remain ready to serve you, your family and friends when the need arises.
